1. The Promoter

The promoter is We Will Floor You (ABN [ADD ABN]), [business address / contact details], servicing the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, Queensland (the "Promoter"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with any musician, band, record label, or any social-media platform (including Facebook and Instagram).

2. Eligibility

Who can enter: Entry is open to residents of the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, Queensland, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Property: Entrants must own the property where the floor would be installed, or have the property owner's written permission for the work to be carried out.
Exclusions: Employees of We Will Floor You, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on [OPENING DATE] and closes at [CLOSING DATE & TIME]. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. Entries are open now - the closing date will be confirmed and published here and on the entry page.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official entry form at wewillflooryou.com.au, providing your name, email address, phone number and suburb. No purchase is necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be disqualified.

5. The Prize

One (1) grand prize: a professionally installed creative epoxy seamless floor coating by the We Will Floor You crew, including standard surface preparation (diamond grinding) and coating.
Coverage: up to a standard 2-car garage (approximately 40 square metres). Any additional area may be completed at a discounted rate agreed between the winner and the Promoter.
Value: valued at up to AUD $2,500. The prize is not transferable to another property and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other item.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Draw: The winner will be chosen by a random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place on [DRAW DATE] at [draw location / Gold Coast, QLD].
Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within [2] business days of the draw, and may be announced on our website and social media.
Claiming: If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw held.

7. Installation Requirements & Conditions

Clear space: The winner is responsible for clearing the floor area of all vehicles, belongings and debris before the scheduled installation. We Will Floor You does not provide moving services.
Substrate: The existing concrete must be structurally sound. Major cracking, significant moisture issues or compromised concrete may require repairs that are not included in the prize.
Scheduling: Installation is subject to the Promoter's booking schedule and must be redeemed within [6 months] of the winner being notified.

8. Publicity & Media

By accepting the prize, the winner grants We Will Floor You the right to capture and use "before and after" photos and video of the project for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We Will Floor You is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical faults or internet outages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted by entrants is collected and used to administer this promotion and to contact you about your entry and our services. We handle your information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and will not sell it to third parties.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion where necessary, subject to any applicable laws. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This promotion is a trade promotion and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any musician, band, record label or social-media platform.
